As a reminder, the Union is hosting a Know Your Rights Town Hall via Zoom this upcoming Friday, February 20, 2026 at 6 p.m. regarding a pending proposed class action settlement that directly impacts many of you in customer service field positions.

These documents cover the terms of the proposed settlement and how the settlement was reached in the case of Berreyes v. Southern California Gas Company, San Bernardino Superior Court Case No. CIVSB2207291.
