2025 LA Conference for United Association for Labor Education (UALE)

Women's Committee Alexa Barraza and Valerie King National Rep. Region V take part in the 2025 LA Conference for United Association for Labor Education (UALE). Alexa shares her insights: "One particularly impactful concept I learned during the conference was the acronym **ECG-Education, Compromise, Gratitude.** These principles provide a foundation for collaboration and inclusivity, serving as vital tools to break barriers and propel the labor movement forward. As rank-and-file members, we are the backbone of this movement, and I believe we must prioritize education and training at the local level to equip ourselves with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive meaningful change."
